Deputy was dispatched to the MCSO lobby in reference to a
complainant. Upon arrival, Deputy spoke to the complainant who stated that she
was physically assaulted by male subject identified as Gustavo Adolfo Terrazas.
Complainant informed that G. Terrazas then began strangling her causing to
asphyxiate and faint.

On June 9, 2019 at approximately 3:20 P.M., Deputy was
dispatched to Port of Entry in reference to a wanted person. Upon arrival,
contact was made with CBP Officer who advised they had a male subject
identified as Hipolito Covarrubias Jr. (39 YOA) detained due to having an
outstanding warrant. Undersign then conducted a NCIC/TCIC on Covarrubias in
which revealed he had an active warrant out of Schleicher County Sheriff's
Office as per OCA:(5304) for Failure to appear. Covarrubias was then placed
under arrest and transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for further
processing.

On this Sunday 06-09-19 at approximately 3:20 p.m.,
Deputy was dispatched to 42 County Road
515 in reference to a terroristic threat report. Upon arrival, Deputy made
contact with complainant who stated a known male subject had threaten to kill
him and his family if he broke his trust. Complainant stated he believes he has
broken his trust and wishes to file a report in reference to this incident.

On June 8, 2019 at approximately 9:50 A.M., Deputy Sheriff
was patrolling the area of Park St. Deputy Sheriff then noticed a known male
subject outside a mobile home who positively identified as Efren Lopez (27 YOA)
who had several outstanding warrants out of Maverick County Sheriff's Dept.
Deputy Sheriff then conducted a u-turn and noticed Lopez driving in a
motorcycle through a dirt road heading towards FM 2030. Deputy Sheriff then
stopped in the intersection of Park St. and FM 2030 and noticed said motorcycle
driving South Bound on FM 2030 at a high rate of speed. Said motorcycle then
passed a vehicle and then entered onto Crane St. Deputy then noticed Lopez
disregard a stop in which Deputy then activated the emergency lights (red and
blues) to conduct a traffic stop for said violation. Said motorcycle then
accelerated at a high rate of speed in which he refused to stop. Motorcycle
drove through several roads in which later lost control and crashed by Wagon
Wheel Rd. Lopez then initiated a foot pursuit in which he was then apprehended.
An NCIC/TCIC was conducted on Lopez in which revealed he had five outstanding
warrants out of Maverick County Sheriff's Dept. Lopez was placed under arrest
and transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing. EMS was
summoned to location in which Lopez refused further medical attention. Cantu
wrecker service was summoned to location in which motorcycle was impounded to
Maverick County Sheriff's Office yard.

On Saturday, 06/08/2019 at approximately 10:51 AM, Deputy
Sheriff was dispatched to De Los Santos Ranch on Loop 480 in regards to illegal
dumping. Contact was then made with complainant who stated he observed a
vehicle occupied by two male subjects inside his ranch dumping trash items.
Deputy Sheriff then made contact with both subjects who confirmed they were
throwing trash but had permission. Complainant came to an agreement with both
subjects and did not wish to file any charges at time of report. Complainant
wished to file a report in regards to this matter.

On this Saturday 06-08-19 at approximately 11:03 a.m.,
Deputy Sheriff was dispatched to said address in reference to a civil matter
report. Upon arrival, Deputy Sheriff made contact with complainant who stated a
known male subject has been illegally dumping trash to his property without his
effective consent. Complainant stated the trash in his property caused damages
to his lawn mower. Complainant wished to file a report in reference to this
incident.

On Saturday, 06/08/2019 at approximately 12:01 PM, Deputy
Sheriff was dispatched to said address in regards to a runaway. Contact was
then made with reporting person who stated her 15 year old son was given
permission to go out since 3:00 PM yesterday (06/07/2019) but refused to come
back home once she advised him to. Reporting person stated her son advised her
that he was not going to return home. The juvenile was entered into the
NCIC/TCIC system as a runaway.

On Saturday, 06/08/2019 at approximately 1:07 PM, Deputy
Sheriff was dispatched to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office in regards to a
report by phone. Contact was then made with reporting person who stated she had
reported her 15 year old son as a runaway in which she then located him and
took him back to their residence. An NCIC/TCIC check was conducted on the
juvenile which he revealed he was reported as a runaway out of Maverick County
Sheriff's Office as per OCA/MC19002451. The juvenile was removed from the
system.

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 1331 hrs, Deputy was dispatched
to the Dollar General on the 5800 block of FM 1021 in reference to criminal
mischief. Upon arrival, Deputy spoke to the reporting person who stated that
unknown subject(s) spray painted the back wall of the building, about two weeks
prior to today's date Saturday, June 8, 2019. Reporting person then informed
that on yesterday's date, June 7, 2019 at 1330 hrs, he observed a funeral
arrangement in the same location of the building. The reporting person
requested for this incident to be documented as per store policy.

On Saturday, 06/08/2019 at approximately 1:42 PM, Deputy
Sheriff was dispatched to said address in regards to a disturbance. Contact was
then made with complainant who stated her husband was being very disorderly by
yelling foul language, hitting the walls/doors and being aggressive around the
family. Complainant further stated her husband then removed several censors
from her vehicle to not allow her to leave location in which he then left
location. Complainant wished to file a report in regards to this matter.

On June 8, 2019 at approximately 2:39 P.M., Deputy Sheriff
was dispatched to Highway 57 Border Patrol Checkpoint in reference to a wanted
person. Upon arrival, contact was made with Border Patrol Agents who advised
they had a male subject identified as Paul Andrew Cruz (28 YOA) detained due to
having an outstanding warrant. Deputy Sheriff then conducted a NCIC/TCIC on
Cruz in which revealed he had an active warrant out of Fremont County Sheriff's
Office as per OCA:(2018000856) for Assault. Cruz was then placed under arrest
and transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.

On this Saturday 06-08-19 at approximately 2:58 p.m.,
Maverick County Sheriff units were dispatched to 1700 block of Valerie Dr. in
reference to a family violence in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Sheriff made
contact with complainant who stated her ex-husband arrived to her residence to
pick up their son in which they began a verbal argument that escalated to a
physical confrontation. Complainant refused medical attention at the time of
report. Complainant wished to file a report in reference to this incident.

277 E
Maverick County Units were dispatched to the intersection of
Loop 480 and East Highway 277 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Contact
was made with female driver of a gold 1999 Ford F- 250. Female driver stated
she was heading east on Highway 277 when a male driver of a red 2006 Dodge
Dakota suddenly lower his speed causing her to struck the Dakota from behind.
Contact was made with the male driver of the Dodge Dakota who stated he was
heading east on Highway 277, when he slowed down in which he was then struck by
the Ford F-250 by behind. EMS was summoned to location to evaluate drivers and
a female juvenile passenger. Both drivers and passenger refused to be
transported at the time of report. At the time of the accident there was a high
amount of traffic due to a graduation event in the area. A report was filed in
reference to this matter

Memo Robinson Road
Deputies was traveling on Memo Robinson Road when they
observed a Lincoln Navigator traveling on Memo Robinson with a defective
headlight. Deputies then conducted a traffic stop for said minor traffic
violation. Contact was made with male driver who was identified as Saul Nasario
Nino Jr. While speaking with Nino Jr, undersigned smelled a strong odor of
alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Nino Jr. further admitted of been
drinking prior to the stop. Undersigned noticed blood shot eyes, slurred
speech, unbalanced movements and emitted a strong odor of an unknown alcoholic
beverage from or on his person. Due to the fact that Nino Jr., was highly
intoxicated and a danger to himself and others, he was placed under arrest for
Public Intoxication and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for
further processing. Citation (#02028) was issued for Public Intoxication. Said vehicle
was towed away by Cantu's Wrecker Service.

Deputy was dispatched to said location, contact was made
with complainant who stated unknown subject(s) entered his property and took a
lawn mower, granite counter top and a weed eater without his effective consent.

with reporting person who stated unknown subject entered his property and took
his pony horse from his property without his effective consent. Report was

Deputies were dispatched to said location, contact was made
with USBP Agent who stated they had a male driver and a female passenger who
were identified as Robert David Pereida and Breann Bautista detained, due to
them having multiple active warrants. After an inquiry check through NCIC/TCIC
it revealed Pereida wanted out of Comal County Sheriff's Office for failure to
appear and Bautista wanted out of Medina County Sheriff's Office for Probation
Violation. Wrecker Service was summoned to location, where vehicle was towed
away by Cantus Wrecker Service. Pereida and Bautista were then placed under
arrest and transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for further process.

Deputies were dispatched to said location, contact was made
with CBP Agents who stated they had a female subject who was identified as Aida
Leticia Martinez (47 YOA). After an inquiry check through NCIC/TCIC it revealed Martinez wanted out of Maverick
County Sheriff’s Office for Unauthorized Used Of Motor Vehicle and out of
Uvalde Police Department for Failure to
Appear. Martinez was then placed under arrest and transported to Tom Bowles
Detention Center for further processing.

Deputies were dispatched to said location, Contact was made
with Casino P.D. in which they advised they had detained a male subject due to
being advised he had taken several items from a sales table without purchasing
them. Casino P.D. advised they had reviewed the security cameras and confirmed
the male subject, Jorge Humberto Patino, had taken two items without purchasing
them. Contact was then made with the complainant in which she advised she
wished to file a charges at the time of report. Patino was advised he was being
placed under arrest for theft. Patino was then transported to Tom Bowles
Detention Center for processing. Items were later recovered by Patinos hotel
room.
