Located Runaway

2900 block Cedar Street

A deputy was dispatched to 2900 block Cedar Street in reference to a located runaway. Upon arrival, I made contact with complainant who stated that her 14 year old daughter was reported as a runaway yesterday 06-04-2018. Complainant stated that her daughter returned back to said residence on today's date at or around 5:30 AM. Deputy conducted a TCIC/NCIC check on female juvenile in which she came back as a runaway out of Maverick County Sheriff’s Office. Juvenile was released to complainant custody and was removed out of the TCIC/NCIC system as a runaway.

Wanted Person

1700 block Main Street

Deputy was dispatched to the 1700 Block of Main Street in reference to a wanted person. Upon arrival, contact was made USBP Agents who stated he had a male subject detained due to having an active warrant. A TCIC/NCIC system check was conducted on the male subject who was later identified as: Jose Humberto Mata and it did reveal active warrant for Deadly Conduct out of Maverick County Sheriff Dept. Mata was then placed under arrest and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

El Indio Highway

Hit and Run

Complainant stated that her vehicle a 2006 Nissan Maxima was stationary at said location several days ago. Complainant stated that an unknown vehicle stuck her vehicle on its rear bumper and on the process took the vehicle front grill. Report taken.

Motor Vehicle Accident

480/FM1021

Deputies’ responded to said intersection in reference to an MVA. Upon arrival, Deputies noticed a 2017 Red Honda Accent on its rear side. Deputies made contact with second 2008 silver Ford F250 with front end damages. After further investigation, Ford F250 struck the red Honda Accent on its rear. Male passenger of red Honda Accent was transported to the E.R for medical treatment. Case under investigation.

Female passenger Ford F-250: Magaly Morales, 16

Terroristic Threat

Del Rio Boulevard

Complainant advised a known female subject threaten to cause bodily injury towards her due to a previous altercation. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this matter.

Possession of Marijuana

Potro Sreet/Encuentro Street

While patrolling the Loma Bonita area, Deputy made contact with two male subject’s walking the street shirtless. Upon making contact with male subject’s they were both found to be in possession of marijuana on their persons. Male subjects were identified as Brandon Lee Rodriguez (17 years of age) and Rofolfo Jaquez (17 years of age) in which they were arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.

Theft

3833 Deer Run

Complainant advised a known male subject took money from her purse located inside her bedroom without her effective consent. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this matter.
