Criminal Mischief/Theft-A unit patrolling FM 1021 made contact with a male subject seen throwing propane tanks into the bed of a 2013 Dodge Ram outside of Casino Grocery #1 this evening. Upon questioning, twenty-nine year old Alex Zarate admitted to intentionally damaging a propane crate by bending open the door and taking approximately six 20 lb. tanks without consent. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
