Theft-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had entered his ranch property and took a 1999 40 ft. flatbed trailer without his consent. A formal report was filed.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A traffic stop conducted on a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer this afternoon led to the arrest of a female subject identified as Marisa Garza after she was found in possession of a clear plastic baggie containing a green leafy substance. The substance would test positive for marijuana and Ms. Garza was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
