Assault-a unit responded to the 3000 block of Rafael Street this morning, where a male subject reported a known male and female subject assaulted him with an unknown object, causing major bruising and lacerations to the facial area. The victim denied medical attention at the time of the report and the two suspects fled the area prior to a deputies arrival.
Public Intoxication-A complainant on the 100 block of Lariat Road reported she had been involved in a verbal argument with her husband, who left the location on foot in an unknown direction. Moments later, deputies made contact with the male subject, later identified as thirty-seven year old Emmanuel De Luna, on a public roadway nearby. Mr. De Luna displayed signs of intoxication, unstable movements, and bloodshot eyes. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
