Identity Theft-A complainant reported to deputies unknown subject(s) had been using her person information to open up an account through her credit information without her consent. A formal report was filed.
Deceased Person-County units responded to a residence on Eidson Road this afternoon, whereupon arrival, met with EMS personnel who advised they had arrived to find a female subject deceased on scene. A Justice of the Peace arrived to declare the subject, identified as thirty-four year old Wendy Guerra, deceased.
Public Intoxication-Deputies this evening responded to the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino after tribal officers detained a male subject seen assaulting a known female subject. Upon arrival, contact was made with the subject, thirty-one year old John Christopher Lopez, who displayed unstable movements when asked to step out of the patrol unit and emitted a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was taken into custody on public intoxication charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center after the female subject did not wish to file charges at the time of the report.
