Public Intoxication-Units responded to the 3100 block of Mack Circle early this morning after fielding calls of a disturbance in progress. Several subjects were seen arguing in the middle of the roadway upon arrival, and contact was made with one particular subject found to be in an aggressive state. The subject, Vince Ibarra, was taken into custody after deputies determined he was in an intoxicated state. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Disorderly Conduct/Recovered Narcotics-Deputies arrested forty-eight year old Juan Rogelio Vaquera on disorderly conduct charges after he failed to comply to deputy requests after he was found arguing with a female subject on Progreso Street this morning. While Mr. Vaquera was being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing, deputies found a paper containing methamphetamine in the vehicle he had been driving. This case is under investigation.
