Burglary of Habitation-Deputies met with a complainant near Follow Lane this afternoon after reporting an unknown subject had entered her residence without consent and took an electronic console.
Motor Vehicle Accident/Driving While Intoxicated with a child Passenger-Units responded to La Herradura Street late this evening after a 2007 Chevy Tahoe travelling westbound veered off the road and rolled over into the canal while avoiding a deer running across the roadway. EMS crews were summoned to the scene to transport several juvenile occupants to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The driver, forty-six year old Jose Franco, agreed to perform field sobriety exams after displaying signs of intoxication, and was taken into custody for his safety and that of others after performing poorly on the exam. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.
