Maverick County Daily Reports-January 27, 2020

Wanted Person-Diana Aracely Perez was placed under arrest this morning after DPS officers had initially detained her when a check revealed two active warrants out of Maverick County. The warrants were confirmed and Ms. Perez was taken into custody before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Public Intoxication-A unit responded to the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Hotel this evening after tribal police officers made contact to report an intoxicated male subject had become non-complaint while being escorted to his hotel room. The subject, later identified as Alan Scott, emitted a strong alcoholic odor and displayed unstable movements. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
