Wanted Person-Deputies this afternoon responded to the international port of entry 1 after CBP agents at the port detained a male subject whose background check recealed a ossible warant. The warrant out of Maverick County for thirty-six year old Reynaldo Rodriguez was confirmed and he was taken into custody before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault on a Public Servant-Forty-three year old Juan Carlos Araiza was placed under arrest this evening after striking a casino police officer who was attempting to escort Araiza out of the casino for being disorderly. He was detained and then turned over to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office, who transported him to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
