Public Intoxication-Deputies patrolling Spur 216 early this morning conducted a traffic stop on a 2017 Ford Fusion whose driver advised he was intoxicated and emitted a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Samantha Alicia Martinez was arrested on family violence assault charges this morning after her boyfriend advised she had become upset and physically assaulted him The subject received several lacerations to his facial area and a laceration to his finger. EMS crews at the scene cleared the male subject and Ms. Martinez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A unit was dispatched to the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after agents at the port detained a female subject whose background check revealed a possible warrant for her arrest. The warrant out of the Dallas County Sheriff's Office was confirmed as active and the female subject was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
