Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 4100 block of Cross Creek reported unknown subject(s) broke the rear window to his vehicle parked outside the residence. A formal report was filed.
Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to a disturbance in progress on the 1200 block of Old Pioneer Road this evening, whereupon arrival made contact with a female subject who reported she was involved in a physical altercation with her husband. She further stated she had sustained minor injury during the assault. The male, thirty year old Carlos Pena, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
