Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz./Public Intoxication-A unit on patrol observed a vehicle impeding traffic by the entrance to the Stripes convenience store on FM1021. Contact was made with two female subjects who approached the vehicle and claimed ownership. One female juvenile was found in possession of marijuana. A second female subject displayed signs of intoxication and was taken into custody on public intoxication charges. The vehicle would be impounded by a local wrecker service.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested eighteen year old Gracie Dawn Cook at the international port of entry 1 this evening after a background check revealed an open warrant out of the Haltom City Police Department. The warrant was confirmed as active and Cook was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A county unit was dispatched to the international port of entry 2 this evening after agents at the port detained a male subject whose background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of the US Marshals office for Juan Angel Aguirre on controlled substance charges was confirmed and Mr. Aguirre was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
