Deceased Person-Deputies were dispatched to Lehman Ranch Road this morning where contact was made with United States Border Patrol agents who reported they observed a male subject floating in the Rio Grande River. The body was retrieved from the river and a Justice of the Peace was summoned to pronounce the subject deceased.
