Wanted Person-Juan Antonio Magallanes was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after agents at the port detained him when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of the US Marshals office was confirmed as active and Magallanes was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-A deputy was dispatched to the 2500 block of Rodriguez Street after a reporting person told deputies he had found an unresponsive male subject in the bathroom. Justice of the Peace Mancha was summoned to the scene to pronounce the subject deceased.
Aggravated Assault-A resident on the 3400 block of Del Rio Blvd. reported he had been assaulted by a known male subject with what he believed to be a weapon. Medical attention was refused, however, a formal report was filed.
