Assault/Family Violence-A deputy was dispatched to a residence on the 200 block of Park Street early this morning after a female complainant reported she had been involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend which turned into a physical confrontation, causing several lacerations to her leg. She would refuse medical attention. The male subject, identified as Juan Hernandez, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 3000 block of Tabachin reported entered her residence and took two television sets without her consent. A formal report was filed.
Assault-A correctional officer at the GEO facility on FM131 reported he had been physically assaulted by an inmate and was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center after sustaining injuries during the altercation. This case is under investigation.
