Criminal Mischief-Deputies were dispatched to Las Quintas Blvd. this morning, where unknown subject(s) had broken to the sinks and toilets to the restrooms in Lopetegui Park. A formal report was filed.
Deceased Person-A unit responded to Paloma Ranch this morning after Border Patrol agents reported coming upon an unresponsive male subject. Justice of the Peace Smith was summoned to the scene and pronounced the male subject deceased at approximately 10:22 AM.
Disorderly Conduct-Deputies this afternoon arrested a male subject identified as Josue Rocha after EMS crews reported Mr. Rocha failed to comply with requests. Contact was made with the subject, who also refused to comply to deputy requests and began walking into oncoming traffic on FM1021. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
