Criminal Trespass/Terroristic Threat/Public Intoxication-A complainant this afternoon reported a male subject had been threatening her via an electronic device and had entered her property without her consent. The subject, Manuel Lopez, displayed signs of intoxication at the time of contact. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-Deputies this afternoon made contact with United States Border Patrol agents at the Social Club Ranch. Upon arrival, agents reporting encountering the remains of a deceased subject. Justice of the Peace Smith was summoned to the scene and would pronounce the subject deceased.
