Terroristic Threat
5525 El Indio Highway
On Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 2007 hrs, deputies were
dispatched to the Casino Grocery at 5525 El Indio Hwy in reference to
terroristic threats. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the complainant who stated
that known male subject was accusing her of damaging his vehicle. Complainant
further informed that known male subject then made a comment that was
threatening or alarming to her. A report was filed.
Wanted Person
Port of Entry #2
On this Wednesday 05-08-19 at approximately 11:51 p.m., deputies
were dispatched to the Port of Entry # 2 in reference to a possible wanted
person. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with CBP Agents who stated a female
subject identified as Donna Mae Carta (44), had entered the United States from
Mexico. Carta was checked through the TCIC/NCIC system and came up wanted out
of the U.S Marshals Service (OCA # 08012119044-Cocaine-Sell). Said female
subject was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for
further process.
