Criminal Trespass

3644 Caribou Trail

Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Caribou Trail in reference to an unwanted male subject. Upon arrival, contact was made with the alleged male subject who admitted to being inside the complainant’s property. Contact was then made with complainant who stated that the male subject is not welcome in her property and wished for him to no longer to return. Male subject was advised not to return and was issued a criminal trespass warning. A report was filed.  

Criminal Mischief

446 Ruela Drive

Deputies responded to the 400 block of Ruela Drive in reference to an unwanted male subject. Upon arrival, deputies observed that the male subject was no longer by location. Complainant then advised that the known male subject intentionally damaged her vehicle tires. Complainant wished to file in reference to the matter. A report was filed.

Burglary of Vehicle

214 Sun Valley Trail

Deputies was dispatched to the 200 block of Sun Valley Trail in reference to a burglary of vehicle report.  Contact was made with female complainant who stated that a known male subject took some of her property from inside her vehicle without her effective consent. Complainant wished to file a report in regards to the matter. A report was filed.

Theft

1133 Casales Street

Deputies were dispatched to 1100 Block Casales in reference to a theft. Complainant advised that an unknown actor(s) entered her property and took an item without complainants effective consent. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this matter. A report was filed.

Criminal Mischief

2016 Boulder Ridge

Deputies were dispatched to the 2000 Block of Boulder Ridge in reference to a compliant of criminal mischief. The complainant advised unknown actor(s) broke the front windshield to complainants vehicle (2010, Black, Chevrolet) during the night. Complainant wised to file a formal report in regards to this matter. A report was filed.

Public Intoxication

Bishop/Chick Kazen

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Bishop and Chick Kazen area, in regards to an intoxicated male subject. Upon arrival deputies made contact with male subject identified as Juan Carlos Romo (19 years of age). Romo displayed signs of intoxication such as slurred speech, unbalanced movements and confusion.

Assault Family Violence

El Indio, Texas/FM 2644

Deputies were dispatched to El Indio and FM 2644 in reference to a family violence compliant. Deputies made contact with complainant who advised a known male subject had physically assaulted her while on a vehicle. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this matter. A report was filed.

Wanted Person

Port of Entry 2

Deputies was dispatched to the International Port of Entry #2 in regards to a wanted person detained. Upon arrival deputies made contact with CBP Agents who had a female detained identified as Valencia-Lopez Evelyn (26). Female subject was scanned through the TCIC/NCIC system in which female came back wanted for parole violation. Female was transported to the ER due to medical issues in which the Maverick County Sheriff Office Transport unit was dispatched to location. Female remains under custody. 

Credit/Debt Card Abuse

1051 Balboa Jones Memorial

Complainant advised an unknown actor(s) broke into her vehicle and took her debit cards without consent. Complainant advised unknown actor(s) used her debit cards online without consent in which several of her funds were used. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to matter. A report was filed.

Harassment

Alamo Street

Deputies were dispatched to Alamo Street in reference to a compliant of harassment. Complainant advised a known male subject has been calling and texting her cell phone which is alarming and annoying to her. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this matter. A report was filed.

Burglary of Vehicle

1051 Balboa Jones Memorial

Complainant advised an unknown actor(s) broke into her vehicle (2017, Brown, Kia) and took her debit cards without consent. Complainant advised unknown actor(s) used her debit cards online without consent in which several of her funds were used. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to matter.  A report was filed.

Disorderly Conduct

Maverick County Lake

Deputies were patrolling the Maverick County Lake. Upon patrolling the area, deputies observed a male subject urinating near the baseball fields. Deputies made contact with the male subject where the male subject admitted to urinating out in the public area. Male subject later identified as Jonathan Pierce Parham (22) was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

100 Cerna Circle

Deputies responded to the 100 block of Cerna Circle in regards to a possible stabbing. Upon arrival deputies made contact with a male subject who had a laceration to his left thigh. Emergency Medical Services were summoned to location, male subject was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center. Deputies made contact with male subject in the ER in which he advised he did not know who the aggressor was only that it was two unknown male subjects. Case remains under investigation.
