Police Headquarters
Deputies were dispatched to Kickapoo Traditional Tribe
Police for an intoxicated male subject. Upon arrival, contact was made with
male subject later identified as Arrowaim Anico. Arrowaim Anico displayed
unstable movements, red blood shot eyes and slurred speech. Arrowaim Anico was
placed under arrest for the safety of the public and himself. Arrowaim Anico
was transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession
of Marijuana
Port of
Entry #1
Deputies were dispatched to Port of Entry #1 in reference to
a male subject in possession of marijuana. Upon arrival, contact was made with USCBP
Agent who stated that they had a male subject detained due to Agents locating a
green leafy substance with marijuana characteristics in his front pocket of his
jeans. The male subject was then placed under arrest for possession of
marijuana under 2 ounces. The male subject was transported to the Tom Bowles
Detention Center for further processing. The green leafy substance was tested
for marijuana using a narcotics analysis reagent test kit in which came back as
positive. The vehicle in which the male subject was driving was impounded by
Davis wrecker service. The evidence was bagged, tagged, and placed in the
evidence locker.
I-Case
U.S. HWY
277 North
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Ford F-150 for
minor traffic violation. Upon further investigation, six male individuals were
unable to provide United States residency documentation. The individuals were
turned over to Border Patrol Agents who arrived on scene after. The individuals
admitted they had entered in the United States illegally. The case was turned over
to United States Border Patrol.

Complainant wished to file a report in reference to a known
subject who was given money for a service in which he refused to finish.
Complainant stated she attempted to make contact in which he becomes verbally
aggressive. A report was filed.
I-Case
FM 2644
Deputies responded to FM2644 in reference to a motor vehicle
accident (single vehicle rollover). Driver of a 1999 Ford Ranger was travelling
southbound on FM2644 when it veered off the roadway losing control causing it
to rollover. Passenger of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene by the
Justice of the Peace. Driver was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional
Medical Center for medical treatment. Department of Public Safety took over the
accident.
Simple Assault/Harassment
1300 Block
of Erline Drive
Complainant wished to file a report in reference to her
juvenile daughter being harassed by known female juvenile(s). Complainant
stated her juvenile daughter arrived home from school crying after being
approached by a known female juvenile. Complainant advised that her daughter
was verbally harassed by the known female juvenile in which she was also
assaulted. A report was filed.
Burglary of
Habitation
2999 Lindburg
Circle
Deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Lindburgh in
reference to a burglary of habitation report. Upon arrival, Deputy made contact
with male complainant who advised that unknown subject(s) took items from
inside his residence without his effective consent. A report was filed.
Motor Vehicle
Accident
1381 Maria
Esther Drive
Deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of Maria Esther
Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, contact was made
with male complainant who stated that a known female was backing out of her
residence on her vehicle, 2009 Chevrolet Impala when she struck the
complainant's vehicle, 2012 Ford Fusion, which was stationary, unoccupied
outside of the female's property. Contact was then made with female who advised
that she was backing out her property with her vehicle and did not see the
complainant's vehicle due to the dark tinted windows on her vehicle. Female
refused medical attention. Complainant stated that his vehicle had minor
damages on the rear right area. A report was filed.
Wanted
Person
Port of
Entry #2
Deputies were dispatched to the port of entry #2 in
reference to a wanted person. Upon arrival, contact was made with Customs and
Border Protection Agents who advised they had a male subject identified as Emir
Mendez Salazar (26) detained for having an active US Marshal warrant. Deputies
conducted an NCIC/TCIC check on Salazar in which return revealed an active
warrant from US Marshals. Salazar was placed under arrest for the active
warrant and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further
processing.
