The Texas Commission on Jail Standards conducted a regularly scheduled inspection of the Maverick County Jail located on 1051 Balboa-Jones Memorial Blvd. on April 25, 2019.
The representatives from the TCJS arrived at the Maverick County Jail to ensure that the facility is up to the Texas Minimum Jail Standards. The facility was inspected and was awarded a Certificate of Compliance for having the Maverick County Jail in compliance with Texas Minimum Jail Standards.
