Wanted Person-Conrado Espinoza Martinez was arrested at the international port of entry #1 this morning after being detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of Bexar County was confirmed and Mr. Espinoza was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle/Stolen Vehicle/Recovered Stolen Vehicle-A complainant on School Circle reported his 2013 Chevrolet 3500 work truck had been stolen by unknown subject(s) overnight. The vehicle was located by deputies nearby where it had been left abandoned inside a property. This case is under investigation.
Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle/Evading on Foot-Deputies on patrol attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Silverado traveling on FM1021 after it failed to come to a stop. Emergency lights were activated, however, the vehicle refused to come to a stop and a pursuit ensued continuing through Rio Circle, where the vehicle came to a stop and the driver fled on foot. A search of the area was conducted but no subject was found. The subject was later identified as Hector Ramos. This case is under investigation.
Theft-A complainant reported her ex-tenants had taken a refrigerator from a property without her consent. A formal report was filed.
