Maverick County Daily Reports-January 09, 2019

Identity Theft-A complainant reported he has been receiving notices from debt collection agencies and believes unknown subject(s) may have used his personal information without his consent.

Terroristic Threat-A resident on the 1700 block of Eidson Road reported a known male subject had arrived at her residence and began to threaten her. The subject wished to file a formal report.

Identity Theft-A resident on Mariana Drive told deputies she had received calls from a collection agency advising she had missed a payment on a credit card she claims she doesn't have. She further stated she had investigated and found there were four additional credit cards that were active under her name which were unauthorized. A formal report was filed.

Damage to Property-A resident on the 4200 block of Deer Run Blvd. reported a green pickup had driven onto the curb of his property and struck the chainlink fence, causing damages. The driver left the scene prior to a unit's arrival at the location.

Criminal Mischief-Deputies met with a complainant on Valerie Drive who reported a known male subject had intentionally damaged her vehicle. A formal report was filed.
