Identity Theft- A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had used his full name, date of birth, and social security card without his consent. A formal report was filed.
Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Serious Bodily Injury/Possession of a Controlled Substance-Units responded to the 300 block of Peach Street early this afternoon after a sixty-six-year-old female had been struck by a vehicle that fled the scene of an accident. Contact was later made with the driver of a 2008 Saturn Vue, identified as Monica Trevino, who advised she had been involved in the accident on Peach Street. Miss Trevino gave consent to search the vehicle, which yielded the discovery of approximately 12.2g of methamphetamine in the center console. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. The methamphetamine was tagged and placed in the evidence locker
Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to reports of an unconscious male subject found lying on the ground on the 1600 block of Eidson Road this afternoon. Upon arrival, contact was made with Adrian Rodriguez, the subject in question who was found in an intoxicated state. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Cristian Eduardo Reyna was arrested at the international port of entry 1 this afternoon after agents at the port initially detained him when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Reyna was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication/Criminal Trespass-A unit was dispatched to the 100 block of Roberto Circle after a complainant reported an unwanted subject by the location. Upon arrival, the complainant stated an intoxicated male subject had entered his property by jumping a fence, however, did not wish to file charges. Contact was made with the subject, identified as Joel Guerra, who displayed signs of intoxication. Mr. Guerra was issued a citation, taken into custody, and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
