Theft-A complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office this morning to report unknown subject(s) had entered his property and took machinery without consent. A formal report was filed.
Identity Theft-A resident on the 3100 block of Juan Circle reported an unknown subject has been using her personal identity to seek employment.
Wanted Person-A female subject identified as Elane M. Weatherly was arrested at the international port of entry 1 this afternoon after she was detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed as active and she was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A county unit was dispatched to the international port of entry 2 after agents detained a male subject when a check revealed an open warrant for his arrest. The warrant for the subject, identified as Jeremiah Ibarra, was confirmed and Mr. Ibarra was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
