Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on County Road 251 reported unknown subject(s) had gained entry to his residence and had taken several items without his consent. A formal report was filed.
Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to the canal area by the Las Hacienditas sector of Maverick County this evening in reference to a suspicious male in the area. Upon arrival, deputies observed a male, later identified as Arturo Garza, who almost fell into a canal. Contact was made with Mr. Garza, who was highly intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
