Theft of Service-A complainant reported a known subject had violated a rental contract agreement and refused to return property. A formal report was filed.
Public Intoxication-Luis Talamantes was placed under arrest this afternoon after he was found in a highly intoxicated state at a local retail store. Mr. Talamanates was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-Deputies this evening met with an employee of the Dollar General Store on FM1021, who reported a male and female subject intentionally took an item without paying.
Credit Card Abuse-A complainant on the 200 block of Sunrise Loop reported unknown subject(s) had been using her bank debit card without her consent.
Theft-Cesar Rodriguez was arrested on theft charges after being detained by Tribal Police when he was reported to have taken property without the owner's consent. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
