Hit and Run-Units responded to the 1600 block of Eidson Road this morning after the driver of a 2014 Dodge Charger reported an unknown vehicle struck her as she was traveling eastbound on Eidson Road. The vehicle in question fled the scene of the accident and the driver of the Charger was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. A search of the area was conducted for a vehicle matching the description given by witnesses at the scene, however, no vehicles were found.
Wanted Person-Craig Joseph Scott was arrested at the international port of entry 1 this afternoon after a check revealed an active warrant for his arrest out of LaSalle County. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Scott was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Juan Manuel Maltos Hernandez was arrested this evening after a verbal argument with his common-law wife turned physical. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation/Theft-A resident on the 400 block of Memo Robinson Rd. reported unknown subject(s) entered his property without consent and took a goat from the residence and a laptop from his RV trailer.
