Aggravated Assault/Family Violence-Deputies arrested a male subject identigfied as Brian Suke this morning after receiving an assistance call from Tribal Police after Mr. Suke had assaulted a female subject. Mr. Suke was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. The female subject involved in the altercation was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.
Assault/Family Violence-A county unit responded to the 200 block of Molina Loop, where contact was made with a female complainant who reported a verbal argument with her fiance turned physical when he began to push her. The deputy at the scene observed visible bruises on both of the complainant's arms. The male subject, identified as James Moyeda, was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies this evening arrested Miguel Hernandez Monsivais at the international port of entry #2 when a check revealed an active felony warrant on murder charges out of Lufkin, Texas. Mr. Mosivais was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Counterfeit Currency-An employee at the Stripes convenience store on FM1021 reported either an employee exchanged fake currency for real currency or unknown subject(s) had used fake currency to make purchases at the location. Approximately 16 fake $20.00 bills were discovered. A formal report was filed.
Public Intoxication-A unit was dispatched to Ferrer Street, where a suspicious male subject was seen walking in the street looking into parked vehicles. Upon arrival at the locale, contact was made with Jose Ramiro Ramos, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
