Maverick County Daily Reports-November 10, 2018

Possession of a Controlled Substance-Units responded to the 1700 block of Eidson Road this morning after a resident reported an unwanted subject at the location possibly carrying a weapon. A deputy en route to the location observed two male subjects traveling via motorcycle on Eidson Road, one matching the description of the aforementioned subject. Contact was made with the subjects, one who would later advise he had been at the residence on the 1700 block of Eidson Road. In the midst of a pat down, one subject was found to be in possession of two clear plastic baggies containing two Acetaminophen Codeine pills (4 pills, 1.76 grams total), which he claimed were his but did not have a prescription for them. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. The evidence was taken and placed in the evidence locker at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office.
