Theft-Deputies responded to the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino this afternoon, where a complainant reported a known male subject had intentionally taken her purse from her electric scooter without her consent. A formal report was filed.
Wanted Person-Rachel Raylyn Cazalas was arrested after a traffic stop for a minor violation revealed an active warrant out of Galveston County. The warrant was confirmed and Ms. Cazalas was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
