Maverick County Daily Reports-October 13, 2018

Wanted Person-Michael Earl Sullivan was arrested at the international port of entry #2 this morning after a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of Hopkins County on a public order crime was confirmed and Mr. Sullivan was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international port of entry #1 after agents at the port detained a male subject whose check revealed a possible warrant for his arrest. The subject, identified as Gustavo Basaldua III, was arrested after the warrant for probation violation charges was confirmed. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Possession of a Controlled Substance-Fifty year old Deborah Rivera Lerma was arrested at the international port of entry #1 after she was found in possession of methamphetamine. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the 100 block of Escuela, where contact was made with a male subject identified as Mario Perez. A check made on Mr. Perez revealed active warrants for his arrest out of the Dimmit County Sheriff's Office. The warrants were confirmed and Mr. Perez was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
