Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object/Public Intoxication-A unit responded to the 500 block of Wagon Wheel Road this morning after the driver of a white Mercury Milan lost control of his vehicle and struck a barbed-wire fence. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Alejandro Flores, who displayed signs of intoxication, unstable balance, and a slurred speech. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Cristobal Campuzano was arrested on family violence charges after deputies arrived at a residence on the 500 block of Alamo and met with a female subject who reported being involved in a physical altercation with her husband. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A complainant on the 700 block of Ginebra reported unknown subject(s) had taken several electrical tools from his utility box.
Wanted Person-Rezuar Khan was arrested at the international port of entry #2 this morning after he was initially detained by CBP agents at the port when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Tarrant County was confirmed and Mr. Khan was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 700 block of Linares reported unknown subject(s) broke the back window to his vehicle.
Burglary of Vehicle-A complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report unknown subject(s) had gained entry to his pickup truck and took several items without his consent.
Terroristic Threat- A resident on Garza Street reported she feared for life after being involved in a verbal disagreement with her husband, who threatened to kill her if he saw her with anyone else. The complainant wished to file a report.
Assault/Family Violence-A county unit was dispatched to the 700 block of Lago Vista Drive this evening where contact was made with a female complainant who reported she had been physically assaulted by her husband. The male subject in question had left the area prior to a deputies' arrival, however, deputies were dispatched back to the location when the male would later return to the scene. Gerardo Luna was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
