Simple Assault-A deputy responded to Minerva Street where contact was made with a complainant who reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend. The male subject, identified as John Palmer was taken into custody and later released on citation.
Recovered Stolen Items-Deputies this evening were able to recover several DVD players from a residence on the 800 block of Mikulinskili Road. This case remains under investigation.
