Identity Theft-A complainant reported to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office that an unknown subject had attained her son's personal information to receive assistance from the state.
Assault/Family Violence-County units responded to the 2800 block of Yucca Loop this afternoon, whereupon arrival made contact with a twenty-eight year old female who reported she had been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend and his friend. The subjects, identified as Jonathan Henry Flood and Christian Ray Barret, barricaded themselves and refused to exit. The county SWAT team was then activated and arrived at the location, where Mr. Flood would exit the apartment without incident. The second subject, Mr. Barret remained inside before SWAT members safely entered the residence and arrested him. The two were then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana-Mario Barrientos was arrested this evening after a traffic stop for a minor violation yielded the discovery of two small baggies containing a green leafy substance under the driver's seat. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
