Wanted Person/Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport-A county unit responded to the 800 block of Mikulinski Road this morning in reference to a suspicious unwanted male subject near the location. Upon arrival, contact was made with Samuel Vigil, Jr., who told deputies he was on a family member's property. A check revealed Mr. Vigil had an open warrant out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office on theft charges. Mr. Vigil, however, became combative and uncompliant with deputies and refused to be transported. He was eventually placed under arrest and taken to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Jules Montalvo was placed under arrest this evening after initially being detained by City of Eagle Pass Police officers when a check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant was confirmed and Montalvo was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
