Civil Matter/Assault-Family Violence-Deputies met with a female subject who reported her boyfriend was at her apartment but was not wanted at the location. The subject stated her boyfriend was armed with a shotgun and had been acting violently because of narcotics withdrawals. She further stated they had a history of violent confrontations.
Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-Rene Matthew Duran was arrested on public intoxication charges early this morning after two residents reported the vehicle Mr. Duran was driving had struck some trashcans and fled the scene. The vehicle was found several blocks away, where it was determined Mr. Duran displayed signs of intoxication. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Deputies arrested twenty-four year old Jasmine Saurez on the 700 block of Molina Loop after she was found in an intoxicated state. She was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Armando Herrera II was placed under arrest this morning after initially being detained by City of Eagle Pass police officers when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Mr. Herrera was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Wanted Person-A county unit responded to the international port of entry #2 this evening after agents at the port detained a male subject whose check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant for the subject, identified as Allen Houx, was confirmed and he was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
