Public Intoxication-Fifty-eight year old Jerry Dean Rodriguez was arrested on public intoxication charges this morning after deputies found him with an open container in the rear parking lot of a convenience store. Upon making contact, Mr. Rodriguez displayed a slurred speech, unstable balance, and an alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A unit responded to the international port of entry #1 this evening after agents at the port detained a male subject whose check revealed a warrant for his arrest. The warrant for Arthur Castro Cherizola, Jr. was confirmed and he was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
