Theft-A resident on Bianca Street advised unknown subject(s) had entered her property and took two lawnmowers from his property without consent. A report was filed.
Wanted Person-Cynthia Flores Rankin was placed under arrest this afternoon after a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mrs. Rankin was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
