Wanted Person-Jesus Alberto Ortiz was taken into custody at the Maverick County Adult Probation Department this morning when a check revealed an active warrant out of the Pecos County Sheriff's Office. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Ortiz was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-A County unit was dispatched to a disturbance in progress on the 700 block of Wagon Wheel Road this afternoon. Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainant, who reported her common law husband had threatened to cause serious bodily injury. Rodolfo Espino, the subject in question, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 400 block of Candelario Montalvo reported unknown subject(s) had gained entry into his residence and took a pit bull and an air compressor without consent.
