Identity Theft-A deputy responded to the 3000 block of Tabachin this morning, where a complainant reported unknown actor(s) have been using his social security number without consent.
Public Intoxication-A County unit made its way to Highway 131 early this morning after two Border Patrol agents had detained a driver found operating without a license. Upon arrival at the scene, two subjects were found standing next to a 1997 Honda by the side of the road. One subject, identified as Victoria Fuentes displayed an unstable balance and advised the deputy she had consumed approximately two Xanax pills. She would later be placed under arrest on public intoxication charges.
