Maverick County Daily Reports-September 19, 2017

Public Intoxication-A deputy responding to a call this morning encountered a male subject walking along Eidson Road. Contact was made with the subject, identified as Reymundo Garcia Delgado, who displayed signs of intoxication, including a slurred speech and an alcoholic odor emitting from his breath. Mr. Delgado was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Dariela Garcia Aguinaga was arrested this morning after a check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A County unit responded to the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 after agents had detained a male subject with an active warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and the subject, identified as Noe Baltazar, was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft-A complainant on Frances Gates Drive reported a known male subject had taken his Playstation 4 gaming console from his residence without consent.

Motor Vehicle Accident/Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to the intersection of FM1021 and Crane Street this evening, whereupon arrival, observed a GMC Sierra with front end damges and a Ford F-150 with damages sustained to its right side. Contact was made with one of the drivers, identified as Rolando Valdez. Mr. Valdez displayed signs of intoxication and would be taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center on public intoxication charges.
