Criminal Mischief-Units responded to an apartment complex on Eidson Road this afternoon after a reporting person reported a male subject had been acting out of control and had broken the windows to her vehicle and residence. The subject, Alexis Lopez, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
