Aggravated Assault/Family Violence-A complainant told deputies her mother had physically assaulted her as she was carrying her eight month old daughter. Child Protective Services was notified of the incident and a report was taken.
Motor Vehicle Accident/Hit and Run-Deputies responded to FM2030 this afternoon after a 2011 GMC Terrain was struck from behind by a 2004 Dodge pickup. The pickup fled the scene but was found after a search of the area was performed. All parties refused medical attention at the time of the report.
Wanted Person-Gabriela Herrera was placed under arrest at the USBP checkpoint on US highway 57 after a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Ms. Herrera was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
