Aggravated Assault-A complainant on the 4000 block of Dalia Street reported a male subject ran towards her while she was walking and began to strike her for unknown reasons, causing her to fall to the ground. The subject, identified as Christian Perez, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-A resident on Buck Drive reported her ex-spouse kicked in the front door to her home and yanked her by the hair for unknown reasons.
Assault/Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Criminal Mischief-Units responded to the 2100 block of Calle Nicolas this evening after receiving a call of a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with two complainants, who reported a known male subject had arrived at the locale and became aggravated, shattering the rear window to one of the complainant's vehicle before physically assaulting him. The subject then used a screwdriver to assault a female complainant, causing a minor laceration on her right forearm. The subject fled the scene in an unknown direction prior to deputies' arrival. The two complainants at the scene refused medical attention at the time of this report. This case remains under investigation.
