Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a residence on County Road 519 this morning, where a complaint reported her husband had gotten aggressive and pushed her. The male subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident reported a known female had taken his 2006 Dodge Ram and refuses to return in.
Wanted Person-Maria D. Banda was taken into custody at the international port of entry this afternoon after a check revealed an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Ms. Banda was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of a Dangerous Drug-Oscar Gavino Fernandez was arrested at the international port of entry #1 this evening when he was found to be in possession of approximately 90 un-prescribed pills of Clonazepam. Mr. Fernandez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested a male subject identified as John David Galino at the international port of entry #1 this evening when a background check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant was confirmed and he was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident on Ginebra Street reported unknown subject(s) entered his property without consent and took a Blue Nose Dog from the front yard.
