Terrorist Threats/Public Intoxication-A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description given by a complainant of one who had just threatened a subject off of Desirable. Contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. Eduardo Antonio Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Assault/Family Violence-Deputies arrived to a residence in Quemado, Texas where a female subject reported she had been struck in several areas by her boyfriend. The complainant also reported a small sledge hammer had been thrown at her but struck the wall instead. A report was filed.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on County Road 251 reported a known male subject had taken a television set without consent.
Theft-An employee at the Dollar General located on FM1021 reported unknown subject(s) had taken two cellular phones and a some curtains from inside the store without paying.
Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on Calle Alegre reported her intoxicated husband had assaulted her by choking her when a verbal argument took a turn for the worse. The complainant further stated she struck her husband in which her released her and left the area. Deputies searched the area to no avail.
