Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Daniela Flores De La Cruz was arrested at the USBP checkpoint on US Highway 57 this morning after patrol agents found her in possession of marijuana. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident on the 800 block of Micolinski stated unknown subject(s) took an air compressor and ladder from the back of his truck without consent.
Minor Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to FM1021, where a driver attempting to give way to an emergency vehicle did not see a vehicle traveling in the outer lane and struck its left quarter panel. No medical attention was required for the occupants of both vehicles.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Units were present at the intersection of Loop 480 and FM1021, where a 2001 Ford Explorer ran a stop sign and struck a 2015 Dodge Journey. The impact caused the Explorer to flip on its side. Both parties were transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for further treatment.
