Assault-Units responded to Tequilas Night Club on Del Rio Blvd this morning in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male subject identified as Kevin Richie, who told deputies he had been confronted by unknown individuals at the establishment. A physical altercation then occurred and the unknown subjects fled the scene prior to a deputies arrival. EMS crews were summoned to the location, however, Mr Richie refused medical attention. This case has been referred to the Criminal Investigations Unit for further process.
Damage to Property-A complainant on the 1300 block of Mirasol reported unknown subject(s) had broken the rear window to his 2008 Jeep.
Burglary of Vehicle-A resident on Academy Road reported unknown actor(s) gained entry to his 1999 Chevrolet Silverado and took two speakers and an amplifier without his consent.
Burglary of Vehicle-A seven inch stereo and a set of keys were taken from a 2003 Ford Expedition outside of a residence on the 2800 block of Frances Gates this morning.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested Juan Manuel Perez, Jr. at the international port of entry #1 this afternoon after CBP agents initially detained him when a background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Perez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Christopher Lee Lopez and Scott Whiteman were placed under arrest after agents at the USBP checkpoint on US Highway 57 detained them when the were found in possession of marijuana. The two were then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
